1. Holding a meeting of the highest body of the legal entity, at which a decision to terminate activities is made. Thereafter, a notice of liquidation is submitted to the registration authority.

When the association ceases its activities, a liquidation commission is created (its functions may also be performed by the governing body of the legal entity). The commission dismisses employees, closes bank accounts, inventories property, transfers documents to the archive, returns seals, permits, licenses, etc. to state bodies.
3. Registration of the termination of the legal entity. For this, the state registrar must be provided with the following documents:

• registration card;
• certificate from the fiscal authorities;
• certificate from the archive;
• certificate from the pension fund and social insurance funds.
