Certificate of no debt to the budget (on taxes and payments).
At the request of payers, namely employers, individual entrepreneurs and persons who are self-employed, the revenue and fees authorities reconcile the amounts of accrual and payment by them of the single contribution to compulsory state social insurance (hereinafter – EO).
To do this, the payer files an application in arbitrary form in order to obtain a certificate of no debt for the payment of the EO with the revenue and fees authorities at the primary place of registration. The application must indicate the name of the institution to which the person must submit this certificate. The control authority, based on the data of the payer’s personal account card, determines the presence/absence of debt for the payment of the EO as of the date of formation of the certificate.
A certificate in arbitrary form (except a certificate of no debt for payment of the EO due to a decision on liquidation, reorganization of a legal entity, or cessation of entrepreneurial activity by an individual) must be provided to the EO payer free of charge within 15 calendar days (Art. 20 of the Law of Ukraine dated 02.10.1996 No.393 / 96-VR “On Citizens’ Appeals” with amendments and additions).
ATTENTION: In the case of underpayment to the budget from 0.1 kopeck – the cost and timeframe increase; the amount depends on the situation that has arisen and the time required to resolve it; the price is formed individually in each case.
