Projects by developer Andrey Nikolaevich Martynov – a territory of family comfort.
The construction of the first residential complex began in 2008 on the territory of Sofiyivska Borshchahivka, which is located two kilometers from Kyiv’s ring road. The complex was named “Sofia” by Martynov – a compact modern five-story brick project with an insulated facade that became the developer’s calling card.
