What is an industrial design?
An industrial design is the result of intellectual work expressed in or on a product, in the form of a product or an image, the manufacture of which is intended on an industrial scale.
An industrial design is divided (as with a trademark) into three subtypes:
1. Three-dimensional design – a volumetric figure (bottle)
2. Industrial designs on any plane – a graphic or artistic drawing on any plane (label on a bottle)
3. A combined industrial design – a three-dimensional figure with a graphic design (label with a bottle).
