Obtaining a Statement
A statement is an official document that contains information about the legal entity or individual entrepreneur who submitted the request for its issuance. Obtaining a statement is possible by submitting a request to the state registrar at the location or registration address of the requester. The request must be submitted by an authorized person, one of the founders of the legal entity or the individual. When submitting, it is necessary to present documents that certify the authority (power of attorney), passport and the receipt of payment for the service of providing information from the EGR. The statement is provided within 2 business days and is valid for 30 days, provided no changes were made during that period.
Obtaining a “Statement”
To obtain a “Statement” it is sufficient to send to our email office@nakaz.com.ua:

Obtaining a Dovidka
A dovidka from the EGR provides information in chronological order about all registration actions that were performed in relation to a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur. These may include:
- state registration of all changes in the founding documents;
- state registration of a legal entity that was newly established;
- cancellation of state registration of changes in the founding documents;
- state registration of the termination of a legal entity resulting from its liquidation;
- entry into the EGR of the founders’ decision to liquidate the enterprise;
- state registration of the termination of an enterprise’s activity based on a court decision and not related to bankruptcy;
- state registration of the termination of a legal entity resulting from a merger or division, accession, as well as transformation;
- entry into the EGR of a court decision to open proceedings in a company’s bankruptcy case;
- state registration of a decision to recognize the enterprise as bankrupt by court decision;
- entry into the EGR of a court decision to terminate the proceedings in a company’s bankruptcy case;
- other.
A certificate from the EGRPOU shows the presence or absence in the register of information about registration actions regarding a legal entity or individual entrepreneur; information is issued according to the criteria specified by the applicant in a written request.
A statement from the EGRPOU is issued exclusively to the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who submitted the request, meaning it is not possible to obtain a statement about another person. The statement has now replaced the certificate of state registration and does not contain information about registration actions performed.
The statement includes the following information:
- name of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur.
- identification code.
- location of the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur’s location.
- data on persons authorized to perform legal acts without a power of attorney.
- data on the presence of information that the person is in the process of terminating entrepreneurial activity.
By the search criteria you specify you can, for example, obtain information about:
- persons who applied for information from the EGRPOU
- series and number of the certificate of state registration.
- place of registration.
- the highest governing body.
- amount of contributions and the date of completion of the formation of the authorized capital.
- the director and founders.
- separate subdivisions (branches).
- main types of activity.
In addition, for individual entrepreneurs the extract contains data about the manager of the entrepreneur’s property.
The specified information from the EGRPOU in the form of a certificate, statement or extract may be needed in various situations:
- first of all, for your own needs, when you need to find out the data contained in the register, as well as clarify which registration actions were carried out in relation to your legal entity or individual entrepreneur (for example, when acquiring corporate rights).
- when performing notarial transactions involving a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, providing an extract from the EGRPOU is a mandatory requirement, for example when certifying bank cards and charter documents, when executing sale, lease and other business transactions.
