Legal services for foreigners in Ukraine

There are international agreements among 57 countries (including Ukraine) to prevent the same income from being taxed twice in two different countries.

The Constitution of Ukraine establishes that foreigners who stay in our country on legal grounds have rights and obligations fully identical to the rights and obligations of Ukrainian citizens.

Since in the current legislation of Ukraine the form of ownership known as «enterprise with foreign capital» is no longer used, non-residents most often establish a limited liability company to conduct business activities.

Ukrainian legislation understands investments as a wide range of objects regardless of the form of their implementation.

In today’s business world there is often a need to obtain funds from foreign sources. 

According to Ukrainian legislation, to invite foreign citizens or stateless persons to work, as well as to receive business partners from abroad, registration of enterprises with OVIR (a migration service body) is required.
