- technical passport of the object;
- a document stating that the object has been assigned a postal address;
The state registrar, having received the application and documents, begins their verification. If the registrar has no objections to the package of documents and the information contained therein, he carries out the registration. For newly constructed objects, registration implies opening a new section in the State Register where the relevant information is entered. Then an extract is made from the register and, together with the Certificate, is given to the applicant. Upon receiving the Certificate, the applicant becomes the full owner of the constructed property and the construction is considered completed.
