Obtaining an extract from the register of property rights to immovable property may seem like a simple process at first glance, but as always there are many factors which, if you are unaware of them, will prevent you from completing it on the first try. Obtaining an extract from the State Registration Service is possible only provided that you are already registered in the State Registration Service database. If not, you must first register your property in UkrStateRegister.

  1. A document confirming ownership (purchase-sale agreement, deed of gift, certificate of title, etc.).
  2. Technical passport (technical documentation for the property).
  3. Copy of the owner’s passport and tax identification code.
