Messenger Obtaining Kyiv residence registration for Ukrainians and foreign citizens

- registration at the housing maintenance office (ZHEK);
- drawing up a rental agreement for the apartment to obtain legal grounds for registration;
- preparing the remaining documents after submitting the application at the passport office.
The whole process with your participation takes from 10 to 20 minutes, after which you can receive your passport with the stamp on the next day following the appointment.
The process is completely transparent and safe, as payment for services is made only after the documents are processed and does not require handing your passport to third parties along with a notarized power of attorney to use your documents. Your presence during the registration process guarantees that the stamp in the passport will be genuine, not “fake”.
The registration processing time is from 6 to 12 months, and the stamp in the passport will indicate permanent registration. Extension of registration is possible for a period from 1 month and will cost less than the initial registration.
During the validity period of the registration, you will be able to receive any entitled certificates and correspondence that the apartment owner will forward to you.
The following documents are required to register the residence:
- Passport of a Ukrainian citizen deregistered at the previous address;
- Deregistration receipt from the previous place of registration;
- For men – military ID (if absent, please inform us in advance).
