Complaints about underpayment of ESV

The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Revenues and Duties in the Mykolaiv region notes that when filing a complaint against a demand to pay ESV arrears and assessed penalties, the following information must be specified:

  • the name of the legal entity and its EDRPOU code, the full name and the taxpayer registration number of the person who filed the complaint;
  • the name of the revenue and duties authority that issued the contested decision;
  • the essence of the issue, request or claim;
  • information about appealing the decision in court.

The complaint is submitted in writing personally, through a representative (a copy of the power of attorney is attached) or is sent by mail to the Ministry of Revenues and Duties, while the corresponding territorial revenue and duties authority is notified.
