Dichiarazione di valore (Declaration) – an official document required for studying or employment in Italy. You can obtain the Declaration at the Italian Embassy in Ukraine.
The issuance of the Declaration is required for carrying out the following activities in Italy:
- studying;
- employment.
Step-by-step procedure for obtaining the Declaration:
- Documents related to education, from the school certificate and its supplement up to the diploma and its supplement, must be certified with an “Apostille” stamp;
- Translate the documents. For employment, a translation of the work record book (if available) is also required;
- Have the translations notarized and affix a second “Apostille” (except for the work record book), since Italy is a country that requires a double apostille. This procedure can also be carried out at the Italian embassy by legalizing the documents;
- Add to the document package a copy of the document proving the right to stay in Italy (Permesso di soggiorno) and a passport;
- Fill out the application and submit all documents to the embassy.
