There are two most common reasons why documentation may need to be revised:
- the project was initially prepared with errors that were discovered only after it was finalized;
- the client discovered certain technological or natural obstacles that make it impossible to implement the project in its original form.
Purchasing ready-made standard designs for individual residential houses is quite common, but it is far from always accompanied by a professional seller’s consultation that includes a site visit or a review of the land documentation. That is why most purchased so-called ‘ready’ projects need further refinement.
Refinement of existing projects may concern minor details, such as changing the material of the floor slabs, or it may require comprehensive optimization in the case of decreasing or, conversely, increasing the area of the object – in both cases it will be necessary to make changes to the design and estimate documentation, coordinate them with government authorities and subsequently have them approved.
Our company’s representatives will prepare and coordinate changes to the project documentation as quickly as possible, and will carry out the procedure of re-approval of the documentation in government bodies without your involvement.
