Our organization provides a service for processing the purchase and sale of vehicles.
UNFORTUNATELY, AUTO LAW SERVICES ARE TEMPORARILY NOT PROVIDED BY OUR COMPANY.
We require minimal involvement from you, namely:
- Provide the necessary documents;
- Agree with the BuyerSeller on the date and time of the transaction;
- Come to us at the specified address.
With our assistance the entire purchase-and-sale procedure takes no more than 3 hours.
We provide a comprehensive service that consists of three stages:
1. Deregistration of the vehicle
2. Processing the purchase-sale transaction via a ‘spravka-schet’ certificate
3. Registration of the vehicle
How to order the service?
1. To order the service, simply send a letter to our email office@nakaz.com.ua
2. Provide the following information:
- Phone number;
- What is needed (I want to order a vehicle purchase and sale service)
We will call you back!
From the Seller we need the following:
1. Documents:
- Original and copies of Passport, TIN, Vehicle registration certificate
- If a representative — a power of attorney
- If the vehicle was financed (Original bank certificate of loan repayment, original pledge agreement, extract from the register of encumbered movable property).
- 300 – 350 – government fees for deregistration
- 1000 – for preparing the spravka-schet certificate
- 400 – our service fee
From the Buyer we need the following:
1. Documents:
- Original and copies of Passport, TIN
- If a representative – power of attorney.
- 750 – government fees for vehicle registration
- 400 – our services
For both parties 800 – payment for our services
*Government payments and duties are not included in the service price.
**The amount of necessary funds must be specified in each individual case!
