Entrance group – is a private separate entrance from the street to a non-residential premises. A separate entrance can be made and approved in the following cases:
- if common areas are not reallocated or affected;
- a significant part of the load-bearing structures is not dismantled.
Difficulties with a separate entrance may arise if the building is an architectural monument. It should also be noted that if a large number of people are expected to pass through the separate entrance (for example, if it is a restaurant, a grocery store, etc.), higher requirements will be imposed for such a procedure. In all other cases, any type of entrance group can be registered.
Procedure for obtaining a permit for arranging an entrance group (a separate entrance).
Initially, the premises owner must contact the Main Department of Architecture, namely the Document Support Department, with an application and the following documents:
- consent of the balance holder (original);
- title documents;
- passport data (for individuals);
- charter and certificate of state registration (for organizations);
- copy of the BTI technical passport for the premises;
- plan-scheme of the object;
- consent statement from the co-owners of the building for carrying out such works;
- topographic survey;
- photos of the object.
- project proposals.
After submitting the application with the above list of documents, the procedure for arranging a separate entrance has the following stages:
- Development of design documentation.
- Obtaining consent for the execution of a specific list of construction works from the GASK inspection.
- Payment of the contribution for the development of engineering, transport and social infrastructure.
- Preparation of a new BTI technical passport for the premises.
- Commissioning.
- The final stage – issuance and registration of the Certificate of Ownership for the object.
