Car invoice

UNFORTUNATELY, AUTOMOTIVE LAW SERVICES ARE TEMPORARILY NOT PROVIDED BY OUR COMPANY.

Purchase and sale of a car (invoice statement, purchase and sale agreement).

We provide services for the formalization of the purchase and sale of a car by issuing:

invoice statement (1% from the first sale and 5% from the second)
purchase and sale agreement (this registration option is not recommended due to payment of a 5% state duty)

Price (UAH):

For individuals	999
For legal entities	1199
For individuals when buying confiscated cars	1599

Required documents:

Vehicle registration certificate and registration card (Облікова картка – issued when the vehicle is deregistered);
Transit plates (red);
Passport and Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the vehicle owner (for individuals);
Original power of attorney from the legal entity to the employee authorized to purchase the vehicle (on company letterhead);
Passport of that employee;
Company details (for legal entities);
Power of attorney (for representatives with the right to sell the vehicle).

Procedure for registration:

After the vehicle is deregistered at the MREO, you agree with us on the time of the transaction and arrange a meeting with the buyer.
The seller and buyer come to us. We conduct an on-site expert appraisal. (you can conduct an appraisal in advance with any certified appraiser yourself).
You provide the documents listed above, after which we issue the invoice statement.
The seller/buyer (as you agree) pays the income tax at the bank (1% of the appraised value once per year, 5% – the second time per year).
The invoice statement is issued to the buyer.
The buyer registers the vehicle at the MREO.

Important to know:

The cost of vehicle appraisal in Ukraine is from 200 to 600 UAH;
Before issuing the invoice statement, the vehicle must be deregistered at the MREO;
The entire procedure of deregistering the vehicle, issuing the invoice statement, and registering the vehicle can be completed with us within one day;
The validity period of transit (red) plates is 2 months!
After the invoice statement is issued, the vehicle must be registered within 10 days!
