Messenger Registration of a farm enterprise involves legal formalization with government authorities. This provides the legal basis for conducting activities related to agricultural products – their production, processing and sale.
A farm enterprise is a form of entrepreneurship. Its feature is that founders can only be natural persons, and moreover, they must be members of the same family or relatives. All adult legally capable citizens of Ukraine have the right to establish a farm.
