The procedure for license reissuance requires the licensee, within 10 days from the occurrence of grounds for reissuance, to submit an application to the relevant licensing authority. In turn, the licensing authority replaces the permit document within 3 working days. The previously issued license will be declared invalid and withdrawn. Instead, the licensing authority issues a certificate of acceptance of the application for license reissuance, on the basis of which the business entity may continue its activities during the procedure.
The cost of license reissuance is established by law as five non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.
