University medical certificate. How to obtain it?
According to Ukrainian legislation, the form of the medical certificate for university admission is 086/o. This document is required for applicants when entering higher education institutions, as well as vocational education institutions.
Strangely enough, many applicants often ask where to get a medical certificate, how to obtain it, whether it is possible to buy a medical certificate and, most importantly, whether a medical certificate is required by all universities. According to the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” and the rules of admission to higher education institutions, every applicant must attach to the main list of documents a certificate confirming the passing of the medical commission. Each such medical certificate for university admission contains all test results and doctors’ conclusions, and, if necessary, their recommendations regarding the patient’s health.
