ESV Administration Transfers to the Ministry of Revenues from October 1
According to a statement by the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy, starting October 1, 2013, the Ministry of Revenues will accept ESV reports and account for the payment of insurance contributions.
Starting from the 4th quarter of 2013 the Ministry of Revenues takes over the administration of the ESV from the Pension Fund
According to a statement by the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy, starting October 1, 2013, the Ministry of Revenues will accept ESV reports and account for the payment of insurance contributions.
The law on transferring the administration of the ESV from the Pension Fund to the Ministry of Revenues and Duties came into force on August 11. However, it was decided to fully transfer these powers only after September 30 in order to avoid possible problems in the system’s operation.
At the moment all operations to transfer documentation and powers have been practically completed and from October 1 the acceptance of reports on the payment of the ESV for social insurance and the accounting of insurance funds paid to personal account cards is carried out by the Ministry of Revenues and Duties of Ukraine. Also, at the moment the Pension Fund and the Ministry of Revenues are working on coordinating joint actions aimed at conducting unscheduled inspections of legal entities and individuals – entrepreneurs in connection with the termination of their activities.
The State Treasury has already opened new accounts for ESV payments; however, until the end of September they were blocked and payments were made under the old details until a special order from the Ministry of Revenues. To resolve issues regarding the correctness of payments, it is recommended to contact the offices of the Ministry of Revenues at the place of registration.
