Messenger Forms of Certificates for the Utilization Fee Approved
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution “On approving the form of the certificate of payment of the environmental tax for the recycling of vehicles withdrawn from operation and the form of the certificate of exemption from payment of the environmental tax for the recycling of vehicles withdrawn from operation”.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution “On approving the form of the certificate of payment of the environmental tax for the recycling of vehicles withdrawn from operation and the form of the certificate of exemption from payment of the environmental tax for the recycling of vehicles withdrawn from operation”.
The new Cabinet resolution approved the forms of certificates confirming the payment of the environmental tax for vehicle recycling and certificates under which a person is exempt from paying the utilization fee.
According to the resolution, certificates will be issued at the time of importation of vehicles into the territory of Ukraine and during vehicle manufacture, which will be considered strict reporting forms.
Such provisions will allow vehicle owners who have paid such a fee, as well as those who are legally exempt from it, to apply for the service of recycling a decommissioned vehicle.
These certificates will allow the Ukrainian internal affairs authorities to track vehicles imported and manufactured in Ukraine starting from the autumn of 2013.
