The service “Electronic Taxpayer’s Cabinet”, developed by the Ministry of Revenues, has begun operation, but at the moment it is available only to large taxpayers, since it is currently operating only in test mode.

The service “Electronic Taxpayer’s Cabinet”, developed by the Ministry of Revenues, has begun operation, but at the moment it is available only to large taxpayers, since it is currently operating only in test mode.

Such a system is an analogue of Western systems that allow a taxpayer to work in their profile using internet access from any computer. The new service allows the taxpayer to submit their reports in real time without the need for personal contact with revenue and duties staff, and also to immediately see the results of the submissions.

Tax reports must be submitted as a package with all attachments and the declaration. A receipt of acceptance will be issued for each received package.

The Ministry of Revenues and Duties plans to expand the capabilities of the electronic cabinet, providing taxpayers with the ability to create and fill out tax payment documents, view documents issued by the Ministry, calculate penalties, receive consultations, and submit a registration application for the payment of certain taxes, etc.

Authorization to the personal cabinet is possible using an electronic digital signature on the Ministry of Revenues and Duties website at  knp.minrd.gov.ua. To work with the cabinet it is best to use the standard Windows browser Internet Explorer; if using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, it is necessary to install special add-ons for these browsers.
