The Pension Fund introduced amendments to the procedure for submitting electronic reports by its resolution
By PFU Resolution No. 2-9 of 11.02.2013, the PFU introduced amendments according to which, in the electronic report form, the insurer must provide information in full. Under this decision, a report that was prepared with violations regarding the amounts of accrued single social contribution (SSC), the procedural formation requirements, or without the mandatory details will be considered not submitted.
In addition, a second type of receipt has been introduced, by which one can verify the time and fact of the report’s entry into the automated system. The receipt is generated by the report addressee. In the absence of problems with telecommunications and with their uninterrupted operation, the period for receiving the receipt from the report addressee should not exceed one day.
