A portal has started operating that allows citizens to send electronic requests
A new system has been launched that allows citizens of Ukraine to contact state authorities as well as local self-government bodies.
Portal z.gov.ua is already launched and ready to accept requests for obtaining public information and appeals from citizens. Appeals and requests are carried out using a digital electronic signature. Registration in the system is provided both with and without an electronic digital signature. As indicated in the information on the service itself, integration is possible for both non-governmental and governmental entities whose activities are related to requests for public information and citizens’ appeals.
Unfortunately, at the moment not a single governmental or non-governmental body is registered in the system, therefore it is not yet possible to send an electronic appeal.
