By Letter No. 10322/0/71-12/22-1317/1317 dated 03.12.2012 the GPSU reminds everyone that from the beginning of 2013 new rules for submitting reports to the DPS come into effect, according to which this is carried out via wired or wireless communications using technology similar to that already in use at the NBU.

Compliance with the requirements is possible by purchasing new equipment for cash operations that creates a fiscal tape in electronic format or by supplementing existing cash register equipment with special modules for data transmission.

On November 9, 2012 the DPS of Ukraine together with the NBU developed the document “NSMEP. Accompanying projects. Technologies for storage and collection of RRO data for the DPS. Information transfer protocol”. The adoption of this document creates the conditions necessary for the development of next-generation RRO equipment.

Information necessary for cash register manufacturers will subsequently be published on the websites of the DPS of Ukraine and the NBU.

Information about business entities engaged in acquiring activities will be posted on the official web resource of the DPS.
Responsibility for failure to provide reports in electronic form will come into force on July 1, 2013 according to clause 9 of Article 17 of Law No. 265, notes the DPS.
