Law of 06.12.2012 No. 5515-VI “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013”
President of Ukraine Viktor Fedorovych Yanukovych signed Law No. 5515-VI “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013”.
Social assistance amounts as a proportion of the corresponding subsistence
minimum:
– For children – 75%;
– For working-age persons – 21%;
– For persons who have lost working capacity and persons with disabilities – 100% of the respective subsistence minimum.
The State Budget Law for 2013 sets the following social indicators:
