Technical Conditions for Construction – Registration and Obtaining

We do not help with this service, the page has been archived, but the information that is outdated for us may be useful for you.

One of the essential pieces of initial data obtained before starting design and construction is the technical conditions. This document is a set of requirements for the engineering provision of the construction project. It includes the correlation of the project’s calculated parameters with the connection of existing utility networks to the building located on a specific site.

To obtain technical conditions for construction, you must submit an application to the appropriate authority, where it may be under review for up to 15 days. This period can be extended to 30 days if issuing the technical conditions requires coordination with the owner of the main networks.

There are a number of requirements in Ukraine for issued technical conditions regarding compliance with norms and standards established by law; they must contain only reliable information, and the requirements set out in the technical conditions must have a reasoned justification. Most importantly, the technical conditions for construction must take into account the objectives that the developer sets when erecting the building.

The issued technical conditions remain in effect until the completion of construction, and a change of the client does not affect their validity.

Our team will help not only to save the time you would spend obtaining technical conditions by visiting the offices of various municipal utility services in Kyiv, but also to make the connection requirements as permissive as possible under the proposed conditions. The calculations made by our specialists will reliably spare you surprises when connecting utilities, such as insufficient capacity or the impossibility of a tie-in. Registration of technical conditions with state authorities is carried out by our specialists without your participation.
