A technical passport for a house is one of the most important documents showing the actual condition of the building, and by means of which various real estate transactions are carried out, for example, purchase/sale.

The technical passport includes:

• dimensions of the room(s) of the house;
• number of floors;
• total and living area of the building’s premises;
• year of construction and any repairs carried out on the building;

Issuance of BTI technical passport

Obtaining the document

• certificate No.7 (if the dwelling is privatized);
• ownership of the land plot (if necessary).
