What documents are required to order a seal?

After the repeal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs order that regulated the procedure for ordering and manufacturing stamps and seals, this area is no longer regulated by law. Currently, ordering a seal or stamp is available to anyone, since according to Article 19 of the Constitution of Ukraine everything that is not prohibited by law is permitted. Our company accommodates its clients, freeing them from unnecessary bureaucratic procedures.

In what cases can the seal be changed?

On 15.04.2014 a law was adopted that abolished the mandatory requirement for organizations to obtain a seal. However, it should be noted that counterparties and customers are accustomed to documents being endorsed with a seal. Therefore, changing an organization’s seal is not subject to any restrictions. Since the seal itself is not a mandatory attribute, it can be changed at any time.

Lost your organization’s seal. What to do?

If a seal has been lost at the enterprise, you can contact us. You need to provide a copy of the impression of the previous seal, and we will manufacture a seal for you according to the same layout as quickly as possible.

Is it possible to have the logo of a public organization on the seal?

Yes, it is possible to place the logo of a public organization on the seal. But note that the symbols of a public organization are subject to registration with the Ukrainian State Register and certain requirements apply (for example, it is prohibited to use state symbols of countries, official signs and symbols of government bodies, or a person’s data without their consent).

Is payment by bank transfer possible?

Yes. To pay by bank transfer, you need to provide your billing details in the comments of the order form, after which an invoice for the seal manufacturing services will be generated and sent to you.

What liability is provided for forgery of seals and stamps?

According to Article 358. Forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, their sale, use of forged documents:

1. Forging an identification or other document issued or certified by an enterprise or other person authorized to issue or certify such documents, or the sale of such a document, as well as the manufacture of forged seals, stamps or forms of enterprises, institutions or organizations regardless of their form of ownership, as well as other official seals, stamps or forms for the same purpose or their sale, is punishable by a fine of up to 100 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or arrest for up to 6 months, or restriction of liberty for up to 2 years.

2. The acts provided for in part one of this article, if committed repeatedly or by a group of persons acting in prior conspiracy, are punishable by restriction of liberty for up to 5 years or imprisonment for the same term.

3. The use of a knowingly forged document is punishable by a fine of up to 50 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or arrest for up to 6 months, or restriction of liberty for up to 2 years.
