The President of Ukraine signed a bill that provides for a postponement of liability for failing to submit reports in electronic form.

Beginning in 2013, the requirement officially came into force that submitting RRO reports to the tax authorities is mandatory.  And already from the beginning of the second half of 2013, the provision was supposed to take effect according to which failure to submit RRO reports in electronic form would be subject to a fine of 170

Due to the difficulties that tax authorities encountered during the trial period of the new Law on RRO, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine considered bill No. 2087-1 of 28.05.2013, which provides for amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine in Connection with the Adoption of the Tax Code of Ukraine”. Consideration of the bill ended with its adoption on June 21, but the law was signed by the President of Ukraine only on July 8.

The main provisions of the law made amendments that postpone the date from which failure to submit electronic RRO reports is punishable by a fine to January 1, 2014.
