From January 1, 2013, according to the decision of the State Register, extracts from the USR have become practically unnecessary
From January 1, 2013, new simplifications for entrepreneurs come into force, which were approved pursuant to the Law of Ukraine of 02.10.2012 No. 5410-VI and by the letter of the State Registration Service No. 1281-7-25-12 dated 15.11.2012.
1) a decision was made to cancel the requirement to provide notaries and state bodies with extracts from the USR. From this moment, information from the Register can be obtained through the official website of the State Registration Service or directly.
The main nuance remains the fact that despite the Ministry of Justice order of 19.08.2011 No. 2009/5, which provides free access for individuals and legal entities to USR data via the Unified State Register website, the information available in open access is quite limited and in some situations may be insufficient. In such a situation, it will still be necessary to apply to the state registrar for an extract from the USR in paper form. This requirement is described in the Law “On Notariat” (part 4 of art. 44);
2) requirements that provided for the submission of extracts from the USR to obtain licenses and permits have also been canceled;
3) the requirement for a copy of the certificate of state registration (extracts, excerpts, certificates) for obtaining a banking license from the National Bank has been canceled.
