Most likely, the new reporting form will come into effect as early as September, after the official publication of the documents of the new procedure for submission and the instructions on the calculation and payment of the ESV.

- Order of the Ministry of Revenues and Duties of Ukraine dated 09.09.13 “On Approving the Instruction on the Procedure for Calculation and Payment of the Single Contribution to Compulsory State Social Insurance”;
- Order of the Ministry of Revenues and Duties of Ukraine No. 454 dated 09.09.13 “On Approving the Procedure for the Formation and Submission by Insurers of a Report Regarding the Amounts of the Accrued Single Contribution to Compulsory State Social Insurance”
These documents establish a new procedure for submission and new report forms for the payment and calculation of the ESV, as well as instructions for calculation.
The changes should take effect after the official publication of these documents. And if the planned timelines for transferring powers and affairs from the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) to the Ministry of Revenues are implemented, then reporting using the new forms to the tax office will be possible already starting with the report for September 2013.
