New 2014 Income Declaration

As of December 31, 2013, a new form of the tax declaration on property and income, as well as the Instructions for its completion, comes into force. Consequently, the previous declaration form, introduced by the Ministry of Revenues in 2011, is withdrawn from use.

So, starting January 1, 2014, an individual taxpayer, summing up the results of 2013, must submit to the territorial office of the Ministry of Revenues a declaration in the new format.

As before, the declaration consists of 8 sections, which are placed on two double-sided A4 sheets. Together with the declaration, 7 attachments are completed, in which, if necessary, calculations for specific types of income (expenses) are indicated.
