New Edition of the RRO Record Book
In December 2013 the Ministry of Revenues, by its decree, approved changes to the Procedure for maintaining cash ledgers and KURO, which had been approved in August 2013.
Changes affected section 3 of the KURO “Receipt Accounting”, where the number of columns was increased. Now it is additionally necessary to indicate the time and date of the start and end of using the book itself, the series and number that allow individualizing receipts, and the numbers of fiscal checks according to the control tape.
The number of columns in the “Accounting of receipts and cash movements” section of KURO has been increased. In the “Cash amount” column it is necessary to reflect official cash deposits and cash disbursements. In the total amount of settlements it is necessary to single out the amount including 20% VAT.
The business entity must ensure that KURO is used strictly in the business unit or with the RRO for which it was registered. Decree No. 844 enters into force on February 7, 2014.
Almost simultaneously with the issuance of the decree, the Ministry of Revenues, in its letter dated 09.12.2013, allowed the temporary continued use of the old versions of the Book.
