Procedure for registering ESV payers
In September 2013, by its decree the Ministry of Revenues approved the Procedure for registering ESV payers. Below are the main points of this Procedure:

- If the notification of registration of an ESV payer is lost or damaged, a duplicate of the document can be obtained. To do this, it is necessary to submit a free-form application to the revenue and duties authority at the place of location.
- An extract from the Unified State Register (USR) serves as confirmation of an ESV payer’s registration.
- If the extract from the USR is lost or damaged, the document can be obtained again by submitting the appropriate application to the state registrar.
- The word “duplicate” is not placed on reissued notifications and extracts.
The Ministry of Revenues’ Decree No. 458 came into force on 01.10.2013.
