Messenger Registration of enterprises is assigned to the UkrStateRegister
Since the beginning of the third quarter of 2013, the registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs has been assigned to the registration State Service of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
Since the beginning of the third quarter of 2013, the registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs has been assigned to the registration State Service of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
The changes were established by subparagraphs 1,2,3,4,7,8 of paragraph 28 of the first section of the Law of Ukraine No. 5461-VI dated 16.10.2012 “On State Registration of Individuals and Legal Entities-Entrepreneurs” and by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers dated May 15, 2013.
Among the innovations is also the ability to register a business online.
At the moment, having a digital electronic signature key, anyone can, without much trouble, register their business via the website www.drsu.gov.ua.
