Messenger Taxpayer registration procedure will become easier
An electronic copy of the application for registration as a taxpayer will be submitted to the tax authorities on a voluntary basis together with the information for registering a legal entity and an individual entrepreneur.

An electronic copy of the application for registration as a taxpayer will be submitted to the tax authorities on a voluntary basis together with the information for registering a legal entity and an individual entrepreneur.
Law No. 441-VII, signed by Viktor Yanukovych, which was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on September 5, provides for amendments to the Law “On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individuals – Entrepreneurs”. The law is primarily aimed at simplifying the registration procedure.
When submitting the application, there is an option to voluntarily register as a VAT payer and/or as a taxpayer who uses the simplified taxation system. The application is submitted together with the registration card that is required for the state registration of an individual or a legal entity – entrepreneur.
An electronic copy of the application (a scanned document) is submitted to the tax inspectorate if the application was added to the registration card during the registration of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.
