Ministry of Justice by Order No. 1283/5 dated 27.06.2013 introduced changes regarding the procedure for providing information from the Unified State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. One of these changes is the possibility of obtaining an extract, statement, certificate or information from the Unified State Register in electronic form.
A request to receive information in electronic form is submitted using the Registration portal. Along with the request, a scan of the document must be submitted (a copy of the payment order stamped by the bank or a copy of the receipt issued by the bank), which confirms the payment for obtaining the information and is certified with the digital electronic signature of the person requesting the information. Also, as confirmation you can use information about the payment made via the internet.
If there are no grounds for refusal, the State Registrar, after reviewing the application, sends the requested certificate, extract, statement from the Unified State Register in electronic form by providing access to the Registration portal or sends it to the specified e-mail address.
In electronic form, the extract is certified by the electronic signature applied by the state registrar. In addition, the official website of the EGR administrator now displays a wider range of information about individuals and legal entities – entrepreneurs, local self-government bodies and state authorities.
The innovations are to be implemented in three stages over 3 and 6 months, as well as together with the document determining the fee for obtaining information from the register in electronic form.
