Messenger Interdistrict Registration and Examination Department of the Kyiv State Automobile Inspectorate addresses and working hours
MREO (MREV in Ukrainian) – interdistrict registration and examination department of the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
There are two types of MREO: registration and examination.
UNFORTUNATELY, DRIVER’S LICENSE SERVICES ARE TEMPORARILY NOT PROVIDED BY OUR COMPANY.
The largest is located at Tupoleva St., 19. It serves residents of Sviatoshynskyi, Obolonskyi and Podilskyi districts, foreign citizens and staff of foreign missions, and administers driving license exams for residents of the right bank.
Services of examination MREOs:
- issuance (replacement) of a driver’s license;
- conducting qualification exams to obtain the right to operate vehicles.
Services of registration MREOs:
- registration of a vehicle;
- removal of a vehicle from the register;
- organization of vehicle technical inspections;
- replacement of numbered assemblies, change of color, change of the vehicle owner’s address;
- change of vehicle owner;
- re-equipment (replacement of the body) of a vehicle;
- issuance (replacement) of registration documents;
- vehicle disposal;
