Registration of a domain name in the .ua zone is only possible if you have rights to the corresponding trademark, including trademarks registered under the Madrid system. That is, to register the domain brand.ua you must be the rights holder of the corresponding trademark (the word mark for goods and services). The following documents are required to register a domain in the .ua zone:

• Certificate of trademark registration for goods and services issued by Ukrpatent.
• If you are not the owner of the registration certificate, a license agreement or an assignment of ownership rights to the mark is required.

The word element of the trademark must match the desired domain name.

Official state fees and the domain registration fee are not included in the price.
