The state conducts the enterprise’s activities through a representative — an authorized body. Management is carried out by a director appointed by the higher authority.
A state enterprise can be created in the form of a commercial or budgetary enterprise. However, in any case, the state registration procedure must be completed. The following documents must be submitted to the registrar:
- registration card of the appropriate form;
- founding document in two copies;
- founder’s decision to create the enterprise;
- founder’s passport;
- passport and power of attorney if a representative submits the documents.
